Ruilin’s Bio
Ruilin believes that how we feel is rarely separate from the places we live, the systems around us, and the histories we carry. Rather than treating struggles as personal failings, she looks at each person’s story through a wider lens, with care, curiosity, and without judgment.
In sessions, she works to create a warm, welcoming space where people can feel safe to be fully themselves. She listens closely to the stories clients bring and shapes her approach around what each person needs, rather than following a set formula.
Together, Ruilin and her clients gently explore the thoughts and feelings that seem overwhelming, make sense of what is happening, and discover new clarity, strength, and direction for the path ahead.
