Chris’s Bio
Chris understands that life can sometimes feel difficult, lonely, and even hopeless. He sees his role as helping you tell your story, explore the feelings beneath it, and walk alongside you through the darker stretches until the path ahead feels clearer.
A lifelong student of philosophy, Chris is drawn to the big questions everyone eventually faces: what gives life meaning, how we live with uncertainty, and how we come to terms with endings. He believes that gently exploring these questions can help people understand their lives more deeply and find their way out of feeling stuck.
Above all, Chris works to create a safe space where you can share openly, and then works with you, side by side, toward the changes that matter most to you.
Outside of work, Chris lives with his wife, two teenage children, and a German shepherd named Estor. He enjoys yoga and workouts with his daughter, and some of his best thinking happens on walks in the park with Estor.
