
Joey (Han) Liang (She/Her) is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto. Since 2023, she has been providing individual therapy in Mandarin and English, supporting individuals through issues such as anxiety, emotional regulation, identity exploration, and life transitions.
Joey offers a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for healing. She is LGBTQ+ friendly and committed to working with people from diverse cultural and sexual identities. Her approach integrates CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies, tailored to each client’s unique strengths and experiences.
She has extensive experience supporting international students, immigrants, and racialized individuals navigating intergenerational relationships, cultural adjustment, and self-worth.
